Welcome to the Administration of State Material Reserves website. This website will regularly inform you about our activities as a central governmental body for economic measures in crisis situations and for State Material Reserves. More than half of the   Material Reserves consist of crude oil and oil products – the ASMR is responsible for fulfilling international oil stocks commitments of the Czech Republic. Part of the State Material Reserves are Mobilisation Reserves and Emergency Supplies, stocked in for 24 various predefined crisis situations.

Emergency Supplies are built and maintained according to needs of individual governmental institutions. The ASMR creates concepts for economic measures in emergencies and their implementation in accordance with applicable legislation. We also monitor the overall level of crude oil and oil products stocks on the territory of the country. We replenish, refresh, maintain and safeguard the State Material Reserves, including humanitarian aid supplies. Together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we carry out official humanitarian assistance of the Czech Republic to other countries.
